Is Flex Computing any good? –Our business is dead in the water 15 minutes after the system fails, and that is only because nobody (except the boss) knows we are off line for 14 of those 15 minutes.

The last time this happened (mercifully, not often) – I phoned Flex at perhaps 5-530pm explaining that we were in trouble. ‘’See you first thing in the morning’’ they said . A moment’s silence later and an engineer was on the way. We were back up and running that very evening.
